Introduction

You can easily access the Help Centre from the Muvi Website or from the Muvi CMS. You can search for help articles/videos in the Help Centre, also you can find any related term to the streaming industry from our Wiki page and/or post any question in our "Community". Not only that, but you can also add support tickets and review your tickets from the Help Centre.

How to Access the Help Centre from the Muvi Website

• To access the Help Centre from Muvi Website, visit https://www.muvi.com
• From the website menu on the top bar, navigate to "Help" -->"Help Centre".
• Click on the "Product Drop-Down" to select the product (e.g., Muvi One, Muvi One Classic, Muvi Live, Muvi Flex, Alie).
• Click on the "Help Articles" tab to view all the help articles of a specific product.
• You can also navigate the help articles from the 'Category' section on the left-hand side.
• *To search for any help articles, type the keyword in the search (e.g., add content, upload video, etc.) and hit the "Enter" key on your laptop/desktop.
• You can also explore multiple "Help Videos" on different products/features by clicking on the "Help Videos" tab.
• Click on the "Wiki" tab to find the definition of any related term to the streaming industry (e.g., DRM, Encoding, etc.)
• You can also post any question on the "Community" by clicking on the "Community" tab.

How to Access Help Centre from the Muvi CMS

• To access Hel Centre from the Muvi CMS, first, log in to the CMS.
• In the CMS on the top bar click on the “Help Centre” button.
• Now you can search for help articles, and help videos in the Help Centre.
• You can also post your questions in the “Community”.
