When the admin adds a content partner, the user ID and password are sent to the content partners automatically. The password is autogenerated when the admin adds the content partner. As a content partner, you can reset the password of the Content Partner Portal.

How to Reset Password

• To change the password, navigate to "Settings"-->"Account Info" in the Content Partner Portal.
• Under "Security". they need to type their "Old Password", then type their "New Password" and again re-type the "New Password".
• Click on "Update" to save the new password.
