There are 5 methods available in Muvi CMS to upload your audio files to the Audio Library.
1. From Computer (Browser-Based Upload)
5. Through S3 Sync (Share Audio Files From Amazon S3 Server)
*Note: While uploading audio files to the Audio Library, you can also use the "Aspera" tool which is an alternative to FTP and uploads audio files much faster than FTP. |
1. From Computer
Note: When you upload your audio files, you can view their status on your screen. The status window will show how much audio you have uploaded with the progress bar and upload information. Once the audio file is uploaded you can view it in Audio Library. |
2.Server to Server Transfer
We provide a Server-To-Server Transfer method for audio file uploading.
Note: This method only supports single audio file upload. If you have several numbers of audio files then you have to repeat the process for each audio file.
3.From Dropbox
If you have a Dropbox account and uploaded all your audio files there then, you can pull the audio files to your Muvi CMS with the following steps.
4.Through FTP
In this method, we use a traditional FTP client to upload audio files to Muvi’s audio library.

5. Through S3 Sync (Share Audio Files From Amazon S3 Server)
There is another method you can use while uploading audio file to the Audio Library. If you have audio files on the Amazon S3 server, then you can share these audio files with us. There are 2 methods to share your audio files with us.
1. You need to provide us with the Access Key and Security Key of the AWS (Root/I AM) user and give us full permission for all S3 operations. We will transfer the audio files from your S3 account to our account. (Please do not remove the permission and user if you want to continue to share the audio files from your S3 account in the future)
2. This is a one-time audio sharing process. You need to share the audio files with us like the above-mentioned process, then you can remove the user and permission after transferring the audio files to our server.
Important Note:
Once your audio is uploaded, it will show on the “Audio Library” page of your CMS.
Let us know so that we can improve.
