Publishing Content on the YouTube Channel

Introduction

Muvi Flex's ‘Social Publishing’ feature allows you to publish your content on the social media platforms like YouTube. Once your YouTube Channel is integrated with the Muvi Flex, you can directly publish the content from the Muvi Flex CMS to your YouTube Channel. You can also configure all the content publishing settings from the Muvi Flex CMS.

Integrating Your YouTube Channel to Muvi Flex

First, you need to integrate your YouTube Channel with Muvi Flex to publish the content on YouTube.

• In the Muvi Flex CMS, click on “Social Publish Destinations”.
• Under “Social Publish Destinations”, click on “Add Destination”.
• In the popup window, select “YouTube” from the drop-down.
• Sign in to your YouTube Channel.
• “Allow” Social Publish to access your YouTube account.
• You can view your “Status” as connected.

Publishing Content on the YouTube Channel

Once your YouTube account is connected with the Muvi Flex, you can directly publish the content from your Content Library to your YouTube Channel.

• To share content on YouTube, click on “Content Library” in the Muvi Flex.
• Click on “Social Publish” on the right-hand side of the content (under “Action”) that you want to share on YouTube.
• Change the "Content Name" (if it is required).
• Change the “Description” about the content (if it is required).
• Select the “Visibility” status from the drop-down. You can select the following status.

• If you want to schedule your videos to be published on YouTube, then you can select the option "Schedule Videos" and select the date and time on which you want to schedule it. You can also select the 'Time Zone" of a region from the drop-down for which you want to schedule the video.
• Type the “Tags” for the content. The tags will help the audience to find your content easily on YouTube (e.g., comedy, action, fitness, yoga, etc.).
• Click on “Publish” to publish the content.
• You can see the status of publishing of the content when you click on the “Social Publish” on the right-hand side of the content in the “Content Library”.
• Once the content is published you can view it on your YouTube Channel.
