How to View the Analytics

Introduction

Muvi Live Analytics shows the customized analytic report and graph of the total number of live events watched in a specific period, the number of attendees who watched the live event, devices on which events are watched, countries from where the events are watched, and more. Also, you can view the “Trending” live events by number of views. The detailed report can be downloaded in CSV or XLSX format.

How to View the Analytics

• In the Live CMS, click on “Analytics”.
• In “Event”, select the specific live event for which you want to view the analytics, or you can select “All” if you want to view the analytics of all the live events.
• In “Segmented By”, select “Event” if you want to view the number of views of the Events. You can view the details in the “Summary Table”.
• In “Segmented By”, select “Attendees” if you want to view the number of views of the Events by the end-users (attendees). It will only show the IP Addresses of the end users.
• In “Segmented By”, select “Device” if you want to view the number of views of the Events on separate devices like Web, Android, iOS, etc.
• In “Segmented By”, select “Geography” if you want to view the number of views of the Events in different countries.
• Under “In” select the last number of days to view the report (e.g., to view reports of the last 7 days or last 30 days, and so on).
• You can hover your mouse on the graphs to view reports of a specific day.
• You can select “Compare to Previous Period” if you want to compare the analytics of a specific period.
• To download the report in CSV format, click on “CSV” in the top right corner.
• To download the report in XLSX format, click on “XLSX” in the top right corner.
• Click on “Reset” to reset the parameters.
