Introduction

The "Skip Intro" feature allows the end-users to skip the opening credits and a recap of the previous episode/season while watching nested or multi-part content. By clicking on the skip intro button, the player can directly jump to the actual or current part of the episode. The Skip Intro button will automatically appear on the player, and if the end-user wants to skip the introduction part, then he/she can click on it. The button will not show on the player if the end-user is not active on the player.

Enabling Skip Intro

• To enable skip intro, click on the "Player" menu in the CMS.
• Click on the “Preferences" tab.
• Under “Playback Preference”, select “Skip Intro”.
• Select the "Position" of the skip intro button. (i.e., Bottom Right Corner, Bottom Left Corner, Top Right Corner, Top Left Corner)
• Click on "Save".
