Publishing Content on the YouTube Channel
 

Introduction

Muvi Flex's ‘Social Publishing’ feature allows you to publish your content on the social media platforms like YouTube. Once your YouTube Channel is integrated with the Muvi Flex, you can directly publish the content from the Muvi Flex CMS to your YouTube Channel. You can also configure all the content publishing settings from the Muvi Flex CMS.

Integrating Your YouTube Channel to Muvi Flex

First, you need to integrate your YouTube Channel with Muvi Flex to publish the content on YouTube.

• In the Muvi Flex CMS, navigate to "Content Management" -->"Content Settings".
• On the Content Settings page, click the “Social Publish Destinations” tab.
• Click on "Add Destination".
• Select "YouTube" from the drop-down.
• Log in to your "YouTube" account.
• Click on "Allow" to give access to all the permissions to Flex for the integration.
• Your YouTube Channel will be connected to Flex.
• You can view your “Status” as connected.

Publishing Content on the YouTube Channel

Once your YouTube account is connected with the Muvi Flex, you can directly publish the content from your Content Library to your YouTube Channel.

• To share content on YouTube, navigate to "Content Management" --> “Content Library” in the Muvi Flex CMS.
• Click on the “Social Publish” tab.
• Click on "Add Social Post".
• You can see the video content list.
• Select the video content that you want to publish to your YouTube Channel. You can only select a single piece of content. To add multiple contents at a time please add a Support Ticket.
• Click on "Proceed" in the top right corner.
• Select "YouTube".
• Change the "Content Name" (if it is required).
• Change the “Description” about the content (if it is required).
• Change the "Tags" (if it is required).
• Change the "Thumbnail or Poster" (if it is required)
• In "When to Publish" select "Publish Now" if you want to publish the content immediately.
• Select "Publish Later" to publish the content on a specific date.
• Select the "Publish Date" and "Time" from the calendar.
• You can also select the 'Time Zone" of a region from the drop-down for which you want to schedule the video.
• Select the “Visibility” status from the drop-down. You can select the following status.

• Click on “Publish” to publish the content.
• You can see the status of publishing of the content when you click on “Social Publish” on the right-hand side of the content in the “Content Library”.
• Once the content is published you can view it on your YouTube Channel.
