Introduction

Muvi Meet offers a fully white-labelled experience, allowing you to customize the platform to reflect your brand identity. With branding controls, you can create a professional and consistent meeting environment by using your own domain, logo, colours, and interface elements.

Adding Your Own Domain

Replace the default Muvi Meet URL with your own domain. Example: meet.yourcompany.com instead of a generic link. Ensures a fully branded and trusted experience for participants.

To change your domain name, navigate to “Settings”-->” Branding” in the Dashboard.
Under “Meet Branding”, in the “Domain” field, type your domain name (e.g., mywebsite.com).
Click on “Save”.
The domain name will be added.
Your domain name will be displayed in the meeting shareable link and embed code.

Note: Add a “Name” record in your domain name provider (e.g., GoDaddy, Bluehost, etc.) and point it to “mycompany.muvi.com”.

Adding a Page Title

Define the title that appears on the browser tab during meetings. Help reinforce your brand name or meeting purpose. Example: “YourCompany Meetings”.

To add a page title, navigate to “Settings”-->” Branding” in the Dashboard.
Under “Meet Branding”, in the “Page Title” field, type page title (e.g., ABC’s Board Meeting).
Click on “Save”.
The page title will be added.
The page title will be displayed when you hover your mouse on the meeting tab in the web browser.

Adding a Logo

Upload your company logo to display on the meeting interface. Appears in key areas such as the meeting lobby or header. Ensures consistent brand visibility throughout the session.

To add a logo, navigate to “Settings”-->” Branding” in the Dashboard.
Under “Custom Logo & Favicon”, under “Logo”, click on the “+” icon to upload a logo (in resolution: (90x30) px).
You can upload the logo image from your computer or from the Assets (if you have already uploaded the image to the Assets).
Select the logo, crop it, and click on “Upload”.
Click on “Save”.
The logo will be added.
The logo will be displayed on the meeting interface.

Adding a Favicon

Add a custom favicon (the small icon in the browser tab). Enhances brand recognition even in browser tabs.

To add a favicon, navigate to “Settings”-->” Branding” in the Dashboard.
Under “Custom Logo & Favicon”, under “Favicon”, click on the “+” icon to upload a favicon (in resolution: (124x124) px).
You can upload the favicon image from your computer or from the Assets (if you have already uploaded the image to the Assets).
Select the favicon image, crop it, and click on “Upload”.
Click on “Save”.
The favicon will be added.
The favicon will be displayed on the meeting tab.

Customizing Meeting Theme

You can personalize the overall look and feel of the meeting interface by adjusting: Primary Color – Used for buttons, highlights, and key actions, Background Color – Defines the meeting interface background, and Text Color – Ensures readability and brand consistency. This allows you to align the meeting UI with your brand guidelines.

To customize the meeting theme, navigate to “Settings”-->” Branding” in the Dashboard.
Under “Meeting Theme”, select the “Primary Colour”. You can preview how the colour looks in the meeting interface on the right-hand side of the dummy meeting interface.
Select the “Background Colour” of the meeting interface.
Select the “Icon/Text Colour” of the meeting interface.
Click on “Save” to save the theme.
