How to View & Manage Your Account Details

Introduction

In Muvi Flex, you view your account details under “My Profile” in the CMS. You can view and edit your Company Name, Full Name, Phone Number, and Address. You can also cancel your Muvi Flex subscription.

How to View Your Account Details

To view your account details, click on “My Profile”.
Click on the “Account Details” tab.
You can view and edit your “Company Name”, “Full Name”, “Phone Number” and/or “Address”.
Click on “Save” to save the changes.

Note: You cannot change your “Email Address”. To change your email address, please add a Support Ticket.
