How to View User Action Analytics

Introduction

As a content partner, you can view different analytics in the Content Partner Portal. Revenue analytics shows the revenue you have generated during a specific time, content analytics shows the detailed report of the content added by you, and user action analytics shows all the end-users activities (i.e., the content viewed, searched, etc.).

How to View Revenue Analytics

• To view the revenue analytics, navigate to “Analytics”—>“Revenue” in the Content Partner Portal.
• Click on the calendar to select the date range from which you want to view the report. You can also click on the shortcuts (i.e., last month, last 7 days, etc.).
• Click on “Currency” and select the currency in which you want to view the report.
• You can also view the graph on the right-hand side.
• You can download the report by clicking on the “Download CSV”.

How to View Content Analytics

• To view the content analytics, navigate to “Analytics”—>“Video” in the Content Partner Portal.
• Click on the calendar to select the date range from which you want to view the report. You can also click on the shortcuts (i.e., last month, last 7 days, etc.).
• View the total “Hours” watched. The total hours of content watched during a specific month/week/day by the end-users.
• Type the content name in the “Search bar” to view the details reports of specific content.
• You can also view the graph on the right-hand side.
• You can download the report by clicking on the “Download CSV”.

How to View User Action Analytics

• To view the content analytics, navigate to “Analytics”—>“User Action” in the Content Partner Portal.
• Click on the calendar to select the date range from which you want to view the report. You can also click on the shortcuts (i.e., last month, last 7 days, etc.).
• You can view “Total views so far”, “Total views last month”, “Total hours watched so far”, and “Total hours watched last month”.
• You can also view the content watched by the end-users, the content they have searched for, and their login details.
• You can download the report by clicking on the “Download CSV”.
