Add to Favorites

Introduction

By enabling the “Add to Favorites” feature, you can allow your users to bookmark their favorite content on your website/app. This will help the users find their favorite content easily on your website/app. Users can see this option when they click on the content to view its detail. They need to click on "Add to Favorites" to add the content to their favorites list. They can view their favorite content in the “My Favorites” list under the profile menu and also they can remove content from the favorite list.

Enabling Add to Favorites Feature

• To enable Add to Favorite feature, go to “User Features” --> "Settings"  in the CMS.
• Select the check box for “Add to Favorites” and click on “Save”
• The “Add to Favorites” feature will be added to your store.

How to Add Content to Favorites List

• End-users can view the “Add to Favorites” option on the content details page when they click on the content title.
• If the user clicks on the “Add to Favorites” button, the content will be added to his/her favorites list.
• The status of the button will be changed to “Added to Favorites”.
• When the end-users click on “My Favorites” under the profile, they can view their favorites list.

Removing Content from the Favorites List

• To remove content from the “My Favorites” list, navigate to "Profile" -->"My Favorites".
• Click on the trash icon on the top right corner of the content.
• When asked for confirmation, click on "Yes" to remove the content. The content will be removed from the favorites list.
