Introduction

You can update your contact information, change your Muvi password, or cancel your subscription under the Account Info menu in the CMS.

Update Your Contact Information

•  To update your contact information, navigate to “Settings” --> “Account Info” in the CMS.
• Under Contact Info, change your Studio Name, Full Name, Address, and Phone Number and click on “Update”. (See Below Screenshot)
• Your contact details will be updated.

Change Your Password

• To change your password, navigate to “Settings” --> “Account Info” in the CMS.
• Under “Security’, first type your old password, then type your new password and re-type your new password in the corresponding field.
• Click on “Update” to save your new password. (See Below Screenshot)

Cancel Your Subscription
